Learn MoreDr Herzik is one of the best doctors out there.Love her attention to details and great bedside manner. Her staff on the other hand …no so good. Between messing up prescription orders and not following through what they need to do to fix it, and having an attitude justifying the mistakes… it’s tough dealing with them. Doctor.. audit your staff 🙂
My actual procedure experience was positive, however when I called back in the afternoon with questions I was told someone would get back to me. No one got back to me. I called again the next day. Again I was told someone would call me back with answers. No one did. I called today to report lack of communication and someone supposedly will get back to me today. This lack of follow through is unacceptable. I shouldn’t have to call 3 times to get questions important to me answered. Jane Taylor
The crew here are always insanely friendly and understanding every time I come here whether it's for a normal checkup or procedure. I don't think I've ever had a bad experience here. Highly recommended!!

It would have been a lovely experience all around. However it turned out that I could not have the endoscopy on Monday. And had to be sent home. Looking forward to the next time! Thank you Nancy
